     An ideology is a set of ideas that constitutes one's goals, expectations, and actions. An ideology can be thought of as a comprehensive vision, as a way of looking at things (compare worldveiw), as in common sense (see Ideology in everyday society below) and several philosophical tendencies (see Political Ideologies), or a set of ideas proposed by the dominant class of a society to all members of this society (a "received consciousness" or product of socialization). The main purpose behind an ideology is to offer either change in society, or adherence to a set of ideals where conformity already exists, through a normative thought process. Ideologies are systems of abstract thought applied to public matters and thus make this concept central to politics. Implicitly every political tendency entails an ideology whether or not it is propounded as an explicit system of thought. It is how society sees things.

In short,

1. The body of ideas reflecting the social needs and aspirations of an individual, group, class, or culture.
2. A set of doctrines or beliefs that form the basis of a political, economic, or other system.

2. How affect media ;
     Ideology have affected film(movie) theory more abundance by combined with many different society and culture issues kind of politics, Feminism, Marxism, Gender politics.
And also, Ideology have affected sports media. It was made by combining Commercial motivation.
In this process, it contributed sports nationalize and spreaded sports mental in the world.
Ideology is affecting many kinds of meida. Film theory and media sports is two of examples.

    Example of Film theory - Feminism film
; Feminism is the belief and aim that women should have the same rights, power, and opportunities as men.
Feminism film is the movie that expanding women's rights and stressing women's ego. And the typical movie is "Happy End"

    Example of media sports - Commercialism
; The Commercialism is the practice of making a lot of money from things without caring about their quality.
Commercialism media sports is aroused audience's attention and interesting. It also controlled for increasing TV(media) rating. And Commercialism media sports also affected the sports contents.
It's a very useful effect for media sports.
